Tickets now available for Gungor concert on campus Oct. 27

Tickets are now available for a Wednesday, Oct. 27, concert featuring musical guest Gungor in Bauman Auditorium. Tickets for the 8 p.m. concert can be purchased at the Bruin Bookstore for $10 (faculty and community). The event is free for George Fox students. Tickets will also be available at the door.

Gungor is a musical band born out of a journey of learning what it means to be a follower of Jesus. Their philosophy is that their music would serve as a means to an end, to change people, and be a part of God’s kingdom. According to Michael Gungor, the group’s music speaks to the spiritual journey that happens when we follow God in trusting him to “make beautiful things out of the dust in our lives, that God will somehow use us, use our obedience and love, our feeble human effort, and build himself a kingdom.”
