George Fox Career Services recently invited you to the First Avenue Career & Graduate School Fair. Whether you attended or not, your feedback on various career issues is valued and will be used to improve services in the future. Please complete the following survey:

 We hope you will assist us in this effort, and as an incentive, we will draw 10 respondent names at random, each to receive a $30 cash prize. (While providing your name and email is optional, prizes can be delivered only to students who do provide their contact information.) Responses must be submitted by 5PM on Friday, April 16 to be eligible for the drawing.
 The information collected from this survey is used solely by the 9 career centers that organized the First Avenue Career & Graduate School Fair, and only for the purpose of improving the Fair and other career services for students and alumni.
