Food production class hosts holiday luncheons Dec. 4, 11

You are invited to enjoy holiday luncheons presented by the Family and Consumer Sciences Quantity Food Production class on Friday, Dec. 4, and Friday, Dec. 11. The menu features a choice of pan-seared chicken breast stuffed with spinach and herb cheese, or roasted garlic-rosemary pork loin with cranberry orange sauce. Meals are served with savory russet and yam mashed potatoes with bacon and sautéed broccoli with red pepper. Beverages, soup or salad, and seasonal desserts are included.

Seating will be from noon to 12:30 p.m., with dining until 1:30 p.m., in Lemmons 5. The cost is $10 per person in advance. Make reservations by e-mailing Helen Morse at hmorse@georgefox. To-go meals and special dietary needs gladly accommodated.
