Mail Services clarifies policies on student mail during summer
To get mail to students this summer using the PeopleSoft addresses, please use the “Mailing Address” first and then the “Home Address.”
Also, a clarification: Any student who has kept his or her campus mailbox open during the summer will have a “Summer Campus Box” in the “Mailing Address” in PeopleSoft. Please ignore the active “Campus Box” address during the months of May through mid-August.
If the student has a different mailing address during the summer, it also will be posted in the “Mailing Address” of PeopleSoft (i.e. Twin Rocks Camp, etc.)
