Bon Appetit makes change to alleviate long lunch lines

Bon Appetit recently made a change with its serving lines at lunch to increase efficiency and speed up the lines.

Based upon the suggestions of approximately 50 business students, we have begun putting the same menu selections on both serving lines without reducing the number of selections and variety. Thus far we’ve received many positive comments about how much easier it is to get in and out quickly; however, there is a perception we’ve reduced the number of menu choices. Please be assured the variety and selection have not changed whatsoever, and we’re still preparing the same number of choices as before.

Many thanks to those who have given us their feedback. We’re now investigating the feasibility of doing the same at dinner. Please let me know if you have any questions.
