Bon Appetit makes change to alleviate long lines

In case students ask, Bon Appetit recently made a change with its serving lines at lunch to increase efficiency and speed up the lines.

Based upon the suggestions of approximately 50 business students, the same menu selections are now available on both serving lines without reducing the number of selections and variety. The feedback has been positive thus far; however, there is a perception that the number of menu choices have been reduced. Please be assured the variety and selection have not changed whatsoever, and we’re still preparing the same number of choices as before.

Many thanks to those who have given us their feedback. We’re now investigating the feasibility of doing the same at dinner. Please let me know if you have any questions.
