Bon Appetit serves Mardi Gras menu Feb. 5
Please join us Tuesday, Feb. 5, at lunch, dinner, or both as we feature special Mardi Gras menus. Lunch includes chicken and andouille etouffee, fried oyster po boys with cajun remoulade, and grilled cheddar grit cakes with smoked pepper sauce. Lunch is served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Dinner features smoke-roasted pork loin with andouille milk gravy over buttermilk mashed potatoes; jambalaya with shrimp, sausage, and chicken; sweet corn and vegetable gumbo; and our version of the classic Bananas Foster. Dinner is served from 4:30 to 7 p.m.
