One More Chance To Get a Passport!!

US Postal Service Rep will be on site to take photos and help fill out paperwork. If you already have your photo, they will help with the paperwork.

You need to bring both of these:
Original Birth Certificate – not a copy
Government Issued Photo ID (Ex. Driver’s License; Oregon ID –GFU Photo ID will not work)

Payment: Checks only (No cash or credit cards)
Two checks will need to be written – one to USPS; one to State Department
