If you decide to add coverage or make any changes to your current coverage, you will need to complete the appropriate enrollment forms (available on the HR website) and return them to HR at Box 6108 by end of day Monday, March 6.

New I-9 published; please delete all old forms immediately

February 12th, 2017

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has issued a new I-9 form that MUST be used starting Jan. 22. It has been published on the HR web page here, so please always use the current form, or download it and DELETE your old form. If you have printed forms for new employees/students, please recycle those and print the new ones.

The primary change is that the new form is easier to complete online, but you must still print it, and provide an original signature. By law, we cannot accept faxed forms in HR. There are no changes to the acceptable documents.

Please contact Kera Hallman (khallman@georgefox.edu)  in HR if you have questions.
