Imagine spending three weeks exploring the life and teachings of Jesus with a uniquely small community of fellow learners! In this journey together we’ll ponder challenging theological questions over cups of tea; reflect through journaling; enjoy depictions of Jesus in art, poetry, and film; head off on a four-hour personal retreat to delve deep into the biblical Gospels; and find inspiration in Jesus’ parables while sampling Middle Eastern food!
This three-week class (BIBL 215: Life of Christ) meets during May Term (May 1-19), Monday through Friday, from 1 to 4 p.m.
For more information, contact Sierra S. Neiman, adjunct professor of Christian Studies (sneiman@georgefox.edu), or Paula Hampton (503-554-2650) in the Christian Studies office.
