The newly remodeled pantry in Roberts Center is ready to receive donations! Thanks to the team in Plant Services, we have a fresh coat of paint and plenty of shelves to fill. From Monday, Oct. 22, until 4 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 26, we will be holding a food drive competition.
The office that brings in the most non-perishable food donations will receive bakery items from Newberg Bakery on Tuesday, Oct. 30. Each individual product will be counted and tallied to determine the winning department.

We are open to beginners who have never used a camera, as well as more intermediate photographers looking to get more out of their cameras.
We will be meeting from 4 to 5 p.m. in the Roberts Center Room 168 tonight (Monday). Snacks and drinks will be provided.
While we provide cameras at meetings, we highly encourage you to bring your own camera as well, even if it is just your phone.

In Celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, the Center for Peace and Justice welcomes Curtis Acosta to campus tonight (Monday) from 7 to 8 p.m. in Canyon Commons.
Acosta is an assistant professor in Language and Culture in Education at the University of Arizona South, and founder of Acosta Latino Learning Partnership and Acosta Educational Partnership. He is a teacher who fought to keep his outlawed ethnic studies classes alive. He will focus on the recent federal court victory and speak about his journey and the importance of Mexican-American heritage studies.

The Wineskin is now accepting submissions! There is no theme for this semester – just send us your best work. We are looking for poems, stories, essays, and artwork that encourages a new perspective of the world and intrigue us with their attention to patterns of sight, touch, thought, and sound.
All poetry, prose, photography, and artwork may be submitted to gfuwineskin@gmail.com (Please limit all prose to 1,000 words and send no more than five poems per submission). Please title each piece and remove all watermarks.

We’re excited to announce that we have come to an agreement with the Chehalem Parks and Recreation District, and entrance to the district’s pool is now free to all undergraduates!
To get into the pool you must have your George Fox ID card. If you bought a punch card, you can bring it and get refunded for the punches you didn’t use.

Got stress, aches, and pains, or do you just want to feel relaxed? We want to help! Come by to get a massage performed by a doctor of physical therapy student and receive free stress management advice!
Our mission is to improve our community’s health by offering discounted massages to students ($15) and employees ($20). We are offering 30-minute massages on Monday, Oct. 22, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3 to 5 p.m. in Roberts 204.
All proceeds will be donated to help fund our medical service trip to Uganda and Ghana. Donations are also welcome!
