We will be scheduling two volunteer meetings on Thursday, Sept. 5, one at 4 p.m. in Stevens 207 and another at 7 p.m. in the Bruin Den.

The undergraduate admissions office is now accepting applications for this year’s University Ambassadors group.Â
The University Ambassadors are an elite group of students who represent the university to visiting prospective students and families by volunteering two and a half hours each week, hosting lunch and chapel, greeting and directing people at events, leading occasional campus tours and generally helping make visitors’ experience awesome.Â

All graduate and DPS students are required to pick up their new ID card this week. There will be a representative in the main lobby of the south building from 5 to 6 p.m. every day from Monday, Sept. 2, through Thursday, Sept. 5.
It will only take a moment to exchange your old card. Building access is changing to proximity cards, and the old cards will no longer work.

Volunteers are needed to assist at the first aid tent at this year’s home football games. You will need a valid Certified First Aid card.

The Collegiate Rocket League is back and is looking for players! The Collegiate Rocket League Qualifiers take place on Sunday, Sept. 15, and Sunday, Sept. 22.

The Office of Commuter Life manages all reservations for the FoxHole lounge. This is a highly utilized space, so this form helps us provide the best customer service and manage reservations. Please use it to reserve this space.
When reserving, keep in mind that the kitchen is not stocked. You will need to bring all supplies for your event, including paper products. Please be sure to clean the kitchen after using it. Additionally, all coffee and food supplies in the FoxHole are purchased by Commuter Life for commuter events.
