Be sure to review this tuition exchange and tuition remission information

November 7th, 2023

George Fox University is a member of three tuition exchange consortiums that allow undergraduate dependents of eligible employees to apply for tuition scholarships at participating institutions.

Please note that tuition exchange and tuition remission are two different programs:

  • Tuition exchange is a competitive scholarship process for attendance at participating universities other than George Fox.
  • Tuition remission is an employee benefit for eligible employees and dependents who desire to attend George Fox University. Tuition remission enrollment will begin soon and a notification will come from the Office of People and Culture.

For information about the Tuition Exchange program and eligibility, please review the Employee Handbook Section 4.8.1 and 4.9. If you meet the outlined eligibility requirements, please submit your information on this form no later than Dec. 31, 2023.

Employees who currently have dependents receiving tuition exchange do not need to resubmit their dependent’s information. Nothing further is required for current awardees at this time.
