Bruin Community Pantry seeking volunteers for spring semester

December 16th, 2024

Volunteers are needed at the Bruin Community Pantry food bank starting Monday, Jan. 13. We welcome George Fox students and employees to volunteer. This opportunity allows great connections with students and others in our community, and the new space in the Lewis 1 apartment is warm and inviting.

Volunteer requirements:

  • Must be able to serve at the time slot that they choose for the entire semester. We do have substitutes available when something unexpected arises.
  • Must be able to attend an orientation that lasts about 30 minutes.
  • Required to complete two training presentations (a total of 20 minutes).

If you are interested in volunteering at the food bank, please complete this form.

If you have any questions, please contact Jere Witherspoon at 503-554-2316.
