Students: Around 230 of you have yet to either register your vehicle or register as NOT bringing a vehicle to campus. If you haven’t completed this by the Add/Drop date of Sept. 9, you WILL be issued a $25 non-refundable parking permit regardless of whether you have a car or not.
So, please register your vehicles on myGFU as soon as possible! If you didn’t bring a car to campus, you are still required to register on myGFU as “not bringing a car to campus” to avoid being assigned a parking permit.
Please contact Security Services at 503-554-2090 if you have questions after reading the Security Services webpages on the GFU website. We are more than happy to answer your parking/registration questions.
If you have yet to receive a bracelet that serves as a tangible reminder of how God seeks after us, please come by the Spil house and get one. Feel free to come by anytime, even if our office is closed; the “lost coin” bracelets will be in a jar on the porch.
Are you a graphic designer and want $50? Submit a T-shirt design that incorporates “George Fox” or “Be Known” to Andrea Heath (aheath@georgefox.edu) by Friday, Sept. 30, for a chance to earn $50.
The winning design will be printed on 400 T-shirts for prospective high school students at fall and spring Bruin Preview. The admissions office will choose the winning design by Friday, Oct. 7.
