December 3rd, 2015

This Monday, Dec. 7, we’re hosting a student-led fundraiser for the Migrant Offshore Aid Station, a Malta-based registered foundation dedicated to preventing loss of life by providing professional search-and-rescue assistance to people in distress at sea or trapped on unsafe vessels.

Stop by the front of the ASC office in the Student Union Building between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to purchase cake pops. All profits will be donated directly to MOAS.

With the ongoing migrant crisis, this organization has become even more necessary. Visit their webpage to find out more, and feel free to contact McKayla Phillips (mphillips13@georgefox.edu) or write anilo13@georgefox.edu if you have any questions.
