Bon Appetit proudly supports farm workers throughout the United States. This week we want to showcase portraits of farm workers that pick and process much of the produce that we eat on a daily basis.
We will have a station set up all week long in the Bruin Den and by the salad bar in Klages for you to experience and read about farm workers and the farm industry.
Come join us in Shalom tonight (Tuesday) as we host a panel discussion on the experiences of women in various areas of ministry. We’ll be meeting at 9 p.m. in the Cap and Gown Room, and chapel credit will be available.

All are welcome to the final Liberal Arts and Critical Issues lecture tonight (Monday), when Rev. Peter Eberle, a Benedictine monk at Mount Angel Abbey and Seminary, speaks on the topic “Is the Benedictine Option Benedictine?” in Hoover 105. The same presentation will be made from 5 to 6 p.m. and from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Rod Dreher, an American conservative Christian, has proposed the “Benedict Option†as a response to our contemporary secular culture. Rev. Eberle will explore the proposed option and, describing and drawing from his own experience as a Benedictine monk, will consider whether the option is “Benedictine.†What are the similarities? What are the differences?

We are receiving many complaints from the neighbors surrounding George Fox about students parking in the neighborhoods. Just a reminder that there is to be no parking in the neighborhoods around George Fox unless you live within the Good Neighbor Zone and are displaying a Neighborhood Permit.
Please park only in the George Fox lots and areas where your permit allows. Contact security if you have questions about where your permit allows you to park, or review the parking brochure on the security webpages.
