Legacy students are students who have at least one parent or grandparent who is considered an alumni of an undergraduate or graduate degree program at George Fox University.
In order to thank these students and their families for their continued commitment to George Fox, we will present graduating legacy students with a legacy stole that may be worn during spring commencement to display their family legacy. There is no cost for the legacy stole; the stole is our way of recognizing families that have shown a long-term dedication to George Fox.
If you are interested in ordering a legacy stole to celebrate your family’s continued commitment to George Fox University, please contact Megan Fisher, associate director of parent programs, at mfisher@georgefox.edu, no later than today (Monday, April 3).

If you haven’t had a car registered this year, and have brought one back after spring break, you will need to register it in the security office.
Please bring your DMV registration slip to the security office, and we will register it there. The cost is only $15 for the last month of school, but this discounted price can ONLY be done by security personnel in the office during office hours. Just a reminder that ALL vehicles driven to campus need to have a permit on them.
Students who already have a car registered, but have brought back a different car for the last month, will need to come to the security office for a temporary permit during office hours.
Questions? Call security at 503-554-2090 during office hours (7 a.m. to 4 p.m.) or email Nadine Kincaid at nkincaid@georgefox.edu.
