Sign up for Direct Deposit by July 31

Monday, July 20th, 2009

Enjoy the convenience of having your pay in your bank account on pay day by signing up for direct deposit.  You won’t have to worry about getting to the bank, losing your check or having it delayed in the mail.  And remember, to accommodate direct deposit, student pay day has changed to the 15th of each month.  Instead of receiving a pay statement in the mail, you can access it online at mygfu.georgefox.edu.

The deadline for signing up for August pay is July 31.  The direct deposit enrollment form is on the HR website at:  http://www.georgefox.edu/offices/hr/Student%20Direct%20Deposit%20Authorization.doc.

Contact Human Resources at ext. 2180 for more information.

Student pay days move to the 15th

Friday, July 10th, 2009

This is the last month that pay day will be on the 10th.  Beginning in August, pay day will shift to the 15th of each month as a result of allowing students to have their monthly pay on direct deposit.  The extra time is needed due to transmittal of the funds to the banks.

Direct deposit enrollment forms are included with your July 10th pay.  Consider taking advantage of this option so that your pay will be in your bank account on pay day without you having to make a trip to your branch.

Please email hr@georgefox.edu if you have any questions.
