Everyone is encouraged to come to the Bruin Basketball games this Friday, but if you are unable to attend in person, watching on the Internet should be a better experience this year. Stretch Internet is the host that will be delivering our video stream. We are excited because the quality should be better thanks to more bandwidth and better production software.
Check out the schedule by clicking this Stretch Internet link. The first games to be broadcast will be Friday’s (Nov. 20) home openers.

A student art exhibit by Rachel Belgard is now on display in the Murdock Learning Resource Center. The show, entitled “Tangible Design,” runs through December.
Artist’s statement on the show:
“I have always been a tactile person and think that designing first outside of technology is a far more thrilling rabbit hole to dive down than straight computer work. I thrive off of tackling the bull of design and wrestling with the infinite solutions there are to cleverly and tangibly explore. Happy accidents make my day and naturally happen when design is taken physically by the horns. These unforeseen problems lead you down the hazy path of brainstorming to an unseen end.
“When I start designing I crave to feel the uncertainty that it is actually possible. A goal in design for me is to the restore the human element in graphic expression. Every piece in this show has been handled tangibly in someway, bringing natural nuances and depth that are unable to be captured artificially.”
