Tax day is here and it is a frantic time for all of us. Therefore, let mail services help you with calculating the correct amount of postage for sending out your taxes. All postage must be paid in full (cash or check) when sending out. And while you are here, ask a clerk to weigh your envelope to make sure the weight is correct.
All taxes must be to mail services no later than 3 p.m. in order to meet the USPS pick-up. Anything after 3 p.m. must be delivered to the post office on your own.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Richard Silver at rsilver@georgefox.edu.
Thank you,

Please plan now for the institution-wide stationery order taken at the end of August. The collective order helps keep costs low – the higher the volume, the lower the cost. Consequently, it is most economical to overestimate needs and store a small surplus.
I will be accepting orders from now through Thursday, Aug. 20, when orders are due.
For order instructions, go to the marketing communications website. Continue to purchase all non-departmental stationery (including “second-sheet letterheadâ€) through the university’s print services.
Please contact Danette Newkirk (dnewkirk@georgefox.edu) if you have any questions.
