FoxTALE end-of-semester reminders

Thursday, August 11th, 2016

If you used the FoxTALE grade book for any of your FoxTALE course sites, back up your 2016 Summer grade book to a spreadsheet that is saved outside of FoxTALE. See the instructions here for backing up grades. You will want to keep an archive of your course grades that cover the last five years.

Use your new, empty 2016 Fall sites as the sites in which you will teach. You may import content from another course site. See the instructions here for importing.

2016 Fall (and Spring) sites are currently hidden from student view. When you are ready, you can share the sites with your students. Here is a quick guide on how to make the courses available: FoxTALE Making Courses Visible to Students.

Visit the FoxTALE for Faculty webpage for guides, resources and the new features coming on the Aug. 19, 2016, FoxTALE Upgrade.

See our Schedule of Events to sign up for webinars and labs.

If you have questions or need assistance using FoxTALE, please contact the IT Service Desk at servicedesk@georgefox.edu or ext. 2569.
