Sign up to volunteer at Foster Parents Night Out and Kids Day Out
Looking to serve foster children and children with disabilities? Foster Parents Night Out (FPNO) is an event held once a month where volunteers can buddy up with foster kids, providing a safe and fun space while foster parents get a night off.
Kids Day Out (KiDO) is an event held four times this year where volunteers get to care and supervise kids with disabilities to give families a time of respite.
Background checks and trauma-informed training are both required, so it’s important to sign up before our training date: Thursday, Sept. 19, from 6 to 8 p.m. in Hoover 105. Volunteers can apply by filling out this form.
