Silent art auction for new scholarship runs Nov. 4-13

The Department of Art and Design is hosting an art exhibit and silent auction of faculty artwork through Friday, Nov. 13. Proceeds received will seed a new scholarship the department is creating for underrepresented art and design students of color and other marginalized student populations.

The auction will take place online from Wednesday, Nov. 4, to Friday, Nov. 13. More info on it can be found on George Fox’s social media as well as the Department of Art and Design’s Instagram. Parents, students and alumni will also be emailed information.

Our goal is that this scholarship will work to remove some barriers for art and design students who are in underrepresented populations of our community, in order that access to a rigorous, high-quality, nurturing, and professional Christian art and design education is available to more students.
