Tuesday Expo: Stir-fried Cantonese reddened pork and fresh veggies served with fried rice with small bottled water or medium soda. $5
Wednesday: Artisan-style woodstone pizza featuring “pizza explosion” with mushrooms, olives and Italian sausage, or BLT pizza served with tossed Caesar salad and medium soda or small bottled water. $5
Thursday Expo: Penne and chicken fresco pasta saute with fresh grape tomatoes, basil, lemon butter sauce and seasoned chicken served with focaccia and small bottled water or medium soda. $5
