Monday: Grilled cordon bleu chicken sandwich with cured Carlton Farms smoked ham and Swiss cheese with fresh basil aioli. Served with choice of fries or small green salad and medium soda or small bottled water. $5
Tuesday: Mac and cheese bar featuring Cougar Gold white cheddar and Fontina cheese tossed with pancetta, leeks, sweet peas and cream sauce. Served with small green salad and medium soda or small bottled water. $5.50
Wednesday: Hand-tossed artisan pizza featuring pepperoni, barbecue chicken or roasted vegetable. Served with Caesar salad and medium soda or small bottled water. $5
Thursday: Expo Bar featuring stir-fry Thai rice noodles tossed in a spicy sauce with fresh vegetables. Served with fresh melon slices and medium soda or small bottled water. $5.50
Friday: Chef Mike’s famous iron-grilled meatloaf panini with caramelized onions and bleu cheese dressing. Served with choice of fries or small green salad with medium soda or small bottled water. $5.50
