Tour of Hadlock highlights Friday’s Legacy League luncheon

A tour of George Fox University’s newest building, the 48,000-square-foot Hadlock Student Center, will be part of the Friday, March 1, meeting of the George Fox University Legacy League.

In a change of format from the usual talk or performance presentation, the event will offer a “show and tell” of the newly opened building just steps away from the luncheon location in the school’s Canyon Commons dining hall. The meeting of the support organization, formerly the George Fox University Auxiliary, starts at noon and is open to the public.

The cost is $10 at the door, and reservations must be made by Tuesday, Feb. 26, by calling Judy Woolsey at 503-538-7314 or Connie Magee at 503-927-5011.

Speaking and guiding the tour will be Rob Simpson, director of campus recreation.
