Feeling stressed? Stress management class begins today

Feeling stressed? Consider attending “Facing The Real World: A Stress Management Class” beginning this week. Sessions begin today (Thursday) and meet each Thursday through Nov. 15 for an hour each time (5 to 6 p.m.) in the Health and Counseling Center.

The class is free. Come learn strategies to manage and overcome your stress and anxiety! Develop the skills to be free from unnecessary worry and fear.
