Please consider guests when making lunch plans Feb. 12-13
This coming Friday and Saturday, Feb. 12-13, more than 450 high school students and parents will join us for lunch due to the scholarship competitions taking place. They will all be eating lunch at 11:40 a.m. on Friday and noon on Saturday. So, we’d like to ask as many of our regular students not to come for lunch until after 12:30 p.m. on Friday if at all possible in order to avoid most of the crowds. On Saturday, if possible, please arrive and leave before noon or come after 1 p.m.
In order to accommodate these visitors as well as our regular students, we also will be serving meals on disposables and will be encouraging George Fox students to take their meals out of the dining room if possible so that we have room for our visitors. The Cap and Gown Room will be available for overflow dining on Saturday only (a health fair will be held there on Friday).
