Winners of International Photo Contest announced

The photos will be hung in the Chehalem Cultural Center (415 E. Sheridan St.) for those who would like to view the winning entries. They will be hung in the gallery starting Friday, March 3, when they go on display as part of the First Friday art exhibit.
