Plan to attend tonight’s MLK celebration event at Chehalem Cultural Center

The Newberg community is invited to join us at the Chehalem Cultural Center tonight (Monday) for live music, refreshments and good conversation as we gather in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. The evening’s theme is “A Legacy of Love.”

This free event features several George Fox student performers, and the speaker is our very own Tiona Cage, assistant director of international student and scholar services. A reception is scheduled from 5 to 6 p.m., followed by a program from 6 to 7 p.m. The Chahelem Cultural Center is located at 415 E. Sheridan St.
