What happens to your campus mailbox during the summer?

Returning Students:

  1.  You can request to have the campus mailbox open all summer because:
    a. You will be in the area and can check the mailbox
    b. You want your mail held – because you will be out of the country
    c. (Many have already requested this at the Summer Address table last week or responded to an email requesting summer address information.)
  2.  Your mailbox can be closed for the summer and your mail forwarded to an address you give.
    a. You will have the same campus mailbox when you return in the fall.
    b. Keep your mailbox key over the summer.

Graduating Seniors:

  1.  Your mailbox will be closed on last day of finals.
  2.  Remember to return your mailbox key before you leave campus to avoid a $15 fine for a non-returned mailbox key. Key return envelopes are located on counters in the various post offices; just drop the envelope (with key inside) in the campus mail slot.
