Region’s top a cappella groups visit campus for competition Saturday
Nearly 100 singers representing several Western universities will be on campus this Saturday, March 19, for the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella’s Northwest semifinals competition in Bauman Auditorium.
Among the schools represented will be the University of Oregon, Oregon State University, the University of California – Santa Cruz, the University of California – Davis, Brigham Young University and the University of Washington. George Fox’s a cappella group, Quakers and Notes, will be hosting the Pitch Perfect-like event.
The competition begins at 7 p.m. The winner of the event will be moving on to the international finals in New York. Tickets for general admission seating are available at this link.
