5K run on Sept. 26 benefits foster kids

The first Embrace Outreach event of the semester will be a 5K run on Saturday, Sept. 26, at 9 a.m. The event is called “Run Foster” and will benefit kids in foster care and their families. Grab your running shoes and come see what Embrace is all about!

If you want to run, the cost to race is $35, but there are also opportunities to volunteer during the event. And there is talk of free T-shirts! If you want to sign up for the run or to volunteer, visit this link.
