Enrollment Services changes tack of retention project
Based on feedback from a number of faculty and staff, we are going to take the retention project that was announced at the last community meeting in a slightly different tack.
Instead of assigning students to individuals for follow-up, we are going to post the retention conversation point of the week in the e-nnouncments and encourage all faculty and staff to use these messages with any undergraduate student who is in your regular network (advisees, student employees, etc.). While we won’t be able to assess the impact of these interactions, we think it will be easier for everyone to weave this information into your regular conversations with students.
