County commissioner candidates debate on campus Oct. 30
The university’s Young Democrats and Young Republicans are co-hosting a debate between the non-partisan candidates for county commissioner, Leslie Lewis and Kris Bledsoe, at 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30, in VAC 117 in the Villa Academic Complex. The George Fox community is encouraged to attend to find out how these candidates will be impacting our way of life in Yamhill County. This is a great opportunity to become engaged in local politics, and to see how these people can shape our future. A reception will follow.
