Survey Number 1:
The Church and the 21st Century Family: This is a quick 2 minute survey asking a few simple questions about your family growing up.

Survey Number 2:
My Group is doing a presentation about Lyme Disease and Giardia and this is a really quick survy to collect data about both Lyme Disease and Giardia, to get a better understanding of people’s knowledge about the two, or see if they know much about it at all, as related to their outdoor activities.
