Retirement celebration for Hank Helsabeck scheduled for April 29

After 35 years of service to George Fox, Hank Helsabeck is retiring this spring. The provost is hosting a retirement celebration for him from 3 to 5 p.m. on Monday, April 29, in the Klages Dining Room.

Come join us as we celebrate Hank and his contributions to the university. Prior to his current role as dean of the School of Arts and Sciences, he was a math professor and department chair. He also started the computer science program – and taught himself everything there is to know about the degree in order to teach it. He was also a regular participant on the “GFU Ruins” Hood-to-Coast team for many years.

If you plan to attend the reception, please R.S.V.P. using this form. If you cannot make it, you can use the same form to write Hank a message.
