Be sure to keep letters dry when mailing
A reminder for this time of year: If your outgoing letters get even one drop of rain on the envelope flap, Mail Services has problems in processing the envelopes through the meter. It can destroy your envelopes when they jam in the sealer or it will post two letters as one, wasting postage. Please cover your mail when transporting it to Mail Services.
Congratulations to admissions! Their student employees brought over three trays of mail in a heavy rain and did not get the envelopes wet. We appreciate their excellent transport of mail. Thank you, admissions!
