Portland-area ministry leader speaks on campus July 24
Peter DePaoli of Reclaiming Victory Ministries in Tigard will speak at the Tuesday, July 24, monthly Newberg meeting of the Christian Chamber of Commerce of the Northwest. The meeting is from 7:30 to 9 a.m. in the Villa Academic Complex.
DePaoli is the executive director and co-founder, with his wife, Toni, of the Tigard-based Reclaiming Victory Ministries. DePaoli received his master’s degree in pastoral counseling from Western Seminary in Portland and began this ministry with the intention to focus primarily on the needs of pastors, Christian ministry leaders and their families.
In the 14 years since its inception, RVM has broadened its scope to minister to the congregations of these pastors. He and his wife emphasize the use of Scripture to minister to the emotional and spiritual needs of individuals in distress. The DePaolis also lead Rushing Wind Fellowship, a Tigard church.
Coffee, tea and pastries will be available at the meeting, which is free for Chamber members who R.S.V.P. at cccnw.net. A $5 donation is suggested from non-members and guests who R.S.V.P. For full information, go to the Chamber’s website, listed above, or call 503-928-8354.
