Please Be Respectful of Each Others Room Reservations
Room reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Â The Webviewer is a great tool for all employees to utilize when you need to find a room for your meetings. Â Please submit room requests through the r25 system so we can process them and send you a confirmation notice.
When the room you want is already taken, please do not call the person who has the space reserved with expectations that they will give up their room to you. Â Your options are to choose a different room or change your meeting time to when the room you want is available. Â If you need assistance in choosing a different room or finding a different time, please e-mail or call us: newbergevents@georgefox.edu or X2027.
We recognize all meetings as important. Â If you feel that your meeting may have a higher priority than that of your co-workers, please contact me and I will help you work through this process.
