Complete the Health Survey by Friday

Over 850 students have completed the National College Health Assessment already.  However, there are only 2 days left to complete the survey. If you haven’t already taken the survey, we’d really appreciate having you do so. 

Just click on the link that was sent to your GFU email account and answer the questions. You get a spiritual formation credit just for completing the survey and are automaticcally entered into a drawing for great prizes.

The aggregate student body results are used for policy and programming decisions so it’s vitally important that we have responses from as many students as possible.  And remember, it’s confidential!
