Last chance take the NCHA survey and win prizes!

This is the last week you can complete the NCHA health survey collected every two years at GFU. We really want to hear about your health experiences and needs. All answers are confidential, and your health information will not be linked to your identity.

If you have not yet completed the survey, check your e-mail from Monday, March 19, and click on the link.

And, 30 lucky participants will be randomly selected for a variety of $10 gift cards from local merchants.
