Attend an evening poetry reading at Chapters next week
Join us on Friday, Nov. 6, at 6 p.m. for a public poetry reading at Chapters Books and Coffee featuring George Fox professor Brooks Lampe and Paul J. Pastor!
Lampe will be reading from his book Sesquipedalian Rain Chant, and Pastor will be reading from his work The Locust Years. Prepare yourself for an evening of wonder, love, and human connection.
Contact Alyssa Schultz at aschultz25@georgefox.edu for more information.
“We don’t read and write poetry because it’s cute. We read and write poetry because we are members of the human race. And the human race is filled with passion.”
