Join ‘Rooted and Regulated’ with DAS

Join Rooted & Regulated with Disability and Accessibility Services (DAS) and learn unique ways to manage and deal with stress, plan personalized mental health aid kits, find tools that help regulate you, and many other helpful skills for the school year.

The first official meeting is on Friday, Oct. 2, at 6 p.m. in Hoover 102. We can’t wait to see you there!
