Info on Concur charges for FY26

Please note that Concur reports that were completed between July 1 and the deadline of July 10 automatically posted to FY27.

Finance will be moving those expenses (provided that they met the deadlines) back into FY26 as part of our year-end closing process. We expect those entries will be completed and visible in your VENA reports by July 23.
