Sign up for golf tournament to benefit local cancer foundation

Calling all golfers! A team of Business Communications students is organizing a charity golf tournament as a class project, and we’d love for you to join us!

The event, called Swing Against Cancer, will benefit the Willamette Valley Cancer Foundation. It will take place on Sunday, Nov. 2, at The Nines Golf Course in McMinnville (9301 S.W. Bayou Dr.), with all proceeds supporting local cancer patients and families through the foundation.

The four-person scramble tournament costs $40 per person (George Fox students and employees), with a shotgun start planned for 9 a.m., followed by a public round at noon.
