Early morning yoga will be starting again on Nov. 5
We’re excited to invite you back into a beautiful way to start your day with our revitalizing morning yoga flow, led by instructor Emily Ong. This energizing and strengthening session is designed to set a positive tone and fill you with peace, strength, and clarity.
Sessions will be in Hadlock every Tuesday morning at 6:30 a.m., starting on Nov. 5. You will move through a series of mindful poses to nourish both body and spirit. This class is the perfect way to connect deeply with yourself and start the day grounded and inspired.
