It’s time to get ready for scholarship season!

Scholarship season is approaching, and the financial aid office wants to help you line up your scholarships for the 2026-27 academic year! Applications are typically open from November through March for the following year. Getting started early on your prep can put you in a better position to fund your higher education goals.

While you may be familiar with the OSAC Scholarships and our George Fox Donor-Funded Scholarships (both opening Nov. 1), there are thousands more outside scholarships available to those willing to brave the application process.

To get started, visit our outside scholarship resources website for access to helpful tools such as links to scholarship databases, essay writing guidance, OSAC Scholarship tips and tricks, and a scholarship resource folder with more valuable materials.

The Academic Resource Center also offers scholarship essay help and will be hosting scholarship workshops in November. Spots are limited, so be sure to sign up as soon as possible! If you are unable to attend, you can schedule an individual appointment at a more convenient time.
