Cumulative grief occurs when we have no time to process one loss before experiencing another. Loss due to death, the loss of important aspects of our lives and routines, and even symbolic losses like peace of mind, or the ability to attend a graduation, are impactful.
Join Dawn St. Aubyn, MSW, LICSW, from the Providence Behavioral Health Concierge team, as she talks about identifying the losses you’ve survived, understanding emotional and behavioral reactions to cumulative grief, and making a first step toward healing.
This free live webinar is scheduled for noon this Friday, April 15. You can register here.
